The meal at the hotel restaurant was really good, I couldn't forget the flavors of the pasta. The staff was really attentive, making us feel welcome and special during our stay.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but it was worth it.

We had an amazing group trip, catching a concert at the iconic racetrack and enjoying the beautiful rose gardens. The rooms were cozy, and the staff was attentive, making our stay so comfortable. The Derby Grill had delicious meals and a great wine selection, which we all loved.
The only downside was that the air conditioning in our room was quite loud, which made it hard to sleep sometimes.

Luxurious, Luxurious, Luxurious
The charm of the decor was captivating. Every corner was a blend of beauty and history, and yet, it felt impeccably clean-even as someone with allergies, I had the best sleep. The breakfast spread was a feast for the eyes, offering everything from fresh pastries to a glass of prosecco. What a dreamy way to start each day!

Service level has improved dramatically.
During our four-night stay, I was thoroughly disappointed with the dining options. As a pescatarian, I found it incredibly frustrating that all main course options included meat, leaving me with limited choices. Moreover, the six-course meal was overwhelming and excessive, not at all what I expected. The portions were laughably small compared to the high prices, making me question the value of what I was receiving.

While I had a fantastic time, I did encounter a rather small shower space that was a bit inconvenient. The location was perfect for exploring the nearby parks and attractions, making it a great choice for a romantic getaway.

Exquisite Stay with Exceptional Service
My stay was filled with charm and elegance, nestled in a beautiful property with stunning antique decor. The staff went above and beyond, especially in the restaurant where the service felt personalized and warm. I particularly loved enjoying breakfast with a lovely view and savoring meals prepared with great attention to detail. However, the rooms could use some updates, as the vintage appeal also came with outdated amenities.
